Four seasons Spring


A classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, with a delicate straw-yellow color with  rich nose of herbs. A fresh body with citrus and a pleasant mineral aftertaste.

Varieties : Sauvignon Blanc 50 % & Semillion 50% from own vineyards

Vinification:Carefully selected hand-picked grapes in crates with subsequent processing at appropriate temperatures. The different varieties are vinified separately. Once selected during picking, the grapes are reselected in sorting tables, the barries are separated from the stems, and pressed in pneumatic press after short maceration at low temperature. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenter under pressure for 20 days at 14-16˚C.

Wine & Food: Very well combined with all green salads, seafood, especially shellfish, chicken, game birds or dishes with lemon sauces (Hollandaise sauce). Cheese: young goat cheeses, fresh & cream cheeses.
