Monogram Mavrud & Rubin Magnum


Attractive blend of two indigenous varieties.
Intensive ruby red  color and complex nose with hints of mature black fruit, chocolate and vanilla. Full elegant body with soft tannins. The wine has matured for 18 months in 100% Bulgarian oak and more than a year in a bottle. It is possible to have noble sediment.

Vinification: After selection of the grapes in sorting tables, the berries are separated from the stems. The winemaking process of every single varietal includes cold maceration at 7-9˚C for 5 days, alcoholic fermentation at 26-28˚C for 7-9 days in stainless steel fermenters with full control of the temperature. The blend matures 18 months in Bulgarian oak barrels with subsequently bottle aging at least for a year.
