Villa Yustina Rouge


Blend of four French grape varieties with beautiful dark ruby color with garnet gleam. Complex nose with hints of black fruits, herbals and forest floor. Full-bodied with fruit character and delicate spicy touch at the end.

The wine hasn’t been aged in oak barrels!
Vinification: The different varieties are vinified separately. After the hand harvesting, there is a second hand sorting, which is made on a sorting table. Then follows cold maceration for 5 days and alcoholic fermentation at 26-28 °C for 7-9 days, which is held in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards wines are combined to create a new blend wine with more complexity and fuller body.
