Variety: Pinot Noir 100 % from own grapesVariety: 2020Volume: 0,75 l.Vinification: Carefully selected hand-picked grapes in crates with subsequent processing at appropriate temperatures. After selection of the grapes in sorting tables, the berries are separated from the stems. The winemaking process includes cold maceration at 7-9˚C for 4 days, alcoholic fermentation at 26-28˚C for 7-9 days in stainless steel fermenters with full temperature control.
