Four seasons Winter


The winter representative of the line is pure varietal Cabernet Franc with ruby red color and juicy nose of black cherry. Elegant body with soft tanins and spicy final.

Variety: Cabernet franc 100% from own grapes

Volume: 0,75 l

Vinification: Carefully selected hand-picked grapes in crates with subsequent processing at appropriate temperatures. After selection of the grapes in sorting tables, the berries are separated from the stems. The winemaking process includes cold maceration at 7-9˚C for 4 days, alcoholic fermentation at 26-28˚C for 7-9 days in stainless steel fermenters with full temperature control.

Food&Wine: Very well combined with medium rare meats – grilled, roasted or sautéed. Meat: roasted duck, baked ham, slow cook stews, small game birds (pheasant, pigeon, quail). Cheese: chevre (goat cheese), garrotxa, gloucester, aged gouda, parmigiano and sweet gorgonzola.
