Volume: 0,75 l  &  0,200l
Vinification: The grapes for this special wine are picked earlier, with low sugar content. Classic winemaking processes to obtain fresh wine material with low alcohol content. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks in “Charmat method” for 6 month, where carbonation occurs biologically from the decomposition of sugar from added yeasts, sequently “sur lie” aging.

Wine&Food: Perfect mate as welcome drink or with lobster, shrimps and crab (in light sauces), oysters, sashimi, caviar and desserts including, of course wedding cake.
