Varieties: Cabernet Franc x Syrah
Volume: 0.75 / 0.375
Vinification: The different varieties are vinified separately. After the hand harvesting, there is a second hand sorting, which is made on a sorting table. Then follows cold maceration for short time and alcoholic fermentation at 15-17 °C for 20 days, which is held in stainless steel tanks.

Wine & food: Light pasta dishes with olive oil, garlic and mussels. As well as, grilled crab cakes, shrimp cocktails and lamb meet. Cheese: cream based like Brie, most of goat cheese types or soft varieties like Feta or Emental.
