Wine with a delicate, golden color and intense play of fine bubbles. Complex and vibrant aroma with notes of citrus, green apple, and nectarine. Harmonious and complex taste with autolytic tones and well-integrated acidity, culminating in a long and promising finish.

Suitable foods

Perfect pairing for a welcome drink or in combination with lobster, prawns, crabs, oysters, sashimi, desserts, wedding cakes.

Vinification

The grapes used for this special wine are harvested earlier to achieve lower sugar levels. A classic vinification process is employed to obtain fresh base wine with low alcohol content. The secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat Method for 6 months, where carbon dioxide enrichment occurs naturally. It is then aged on lees and bottled.
