Aroma and Flavour

Бледорозов цвят с лек виолетов оттенък. Сочен нос с нюанси на цитрусови плодове, праскови и бели череши. Хармонично тяло с приятна минералност и свеж финал.

Suitable foods

Well paired with pasta with salmon and seafood, leafy salads with exotic fruits, rabbit or duck terrine, prosciutto, lamb, bruschetta with cream cheese and salmon.
Cheese: Goat cheese, mozzarella, feta, burrata.

Vinification

Once selected in the vineyard, the grapes are sorted again at the winery on sorting tables. Then they are destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press. A short maceration with the skins is applied. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 15-17°C, for about 10 days.
