Aroma and Flavour

Искрящ сламеножълт цвят със зеленикави оттенъци. Интензивен сортов аромат с акценти на личи, бели цветя, локум и сладки подправки. Хармонично и сочно тяло с минерален финал.

Suitable foods

Indian spiced cuisine, sushi. Seafood: spicy tuna, trout, smoked salmon.
Meat: Roast chicken, turkey, smoked sausages, and duck breasts.
Cheese: Brie, Gouda, Idiazabal, Castelmagno, and strong cheddar.

Vinification

Once selected in the vineyard, the grapes are sorted again on sorting tables in the winery. Then they are destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press. A short maceration with the skins is applied. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 15-17°C for about 10-15 days.
