Aroma and Flavour

Intense nose with hints of fresh citrus, powdered sugar, and mineral tones. Fresh, harmonious, and juicy body with a palate-cleansing finish.

Suitable foods

Well paired with green salads, seafood dishes, game birds, roasted vegetables, pasta, or pizza with seafood.
Cheese: Parmesan, cheese mousse, goat cheese, Halloumi, Brie, Gouda.

Vinification

Once selected in the vineyard, the grapes are sorted again on sorting tables, then crushed and pressed in pneumatic presses after a certain maceration period with the stems at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 14-16°C for about 10-15 days. The finished wines are blended to obtain more complex wines with a fresh body.
