An attractive blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Merlot, aged for a year in French oak barrels and an additional year in Magnum bottles. Rich ruby color and complex nose with nuances of ripe black fruit, chocolate, and vanilla. Full-bodied, elegant palate with soft tannins.

Aroma and Flavour

Intense and harmonious aroma with noble development, revealing notes of ripe red fruits, plum, earthy tones, leather, intertwined with black chocolate and coffee. Elegant and rounded body, with velvety tannins and juicy sweetness in the aftertaste. The wine has matured for 14 months in 100% French oak.

Suitable foods

It pairs well with lamb, beef, and all kinds of beef steaks. The wine also pairs beautifully with some cheeses such as: soft ripened cheeses, gorgonzola, parmesan, cheddar, and others.

Vinification

Subsequent selection of grapes upon arrival at the winery, destemming, crushing, and cold enzymatic maceration with full temperature control in stainless steel fermenters. The blend matures for 14 months in French oak barrels and a year and a half in bottle.
